Take a musical journey with us as we explore wind band literature from the 20th and 21st Century. Learn who the composer is, how they write, and why their music is unique and idiomatic to the wind band.

Explore the conductor’s score to learn more about how and why music sounds the way that it does.

This term we will focus on music written for wind band by Canadian composers, female composers, and BIPOC composers.

The ability to read music in the treble and bass clef is an asset.
