Class Dates – Mondays – June 3, 10, 17, 24, Thursday July 4, Monday July 8

Time – 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Minimum Registration – 10 participants

This course is designed to introduce new musicians (or those returning to music after a long absence) to the band instrument of their choice.  Our first class will explore the different instrument options in the band and allow members to choose the instrument that is right for them.  Please note: participants will be required to have their own instrument.  Rental/purchase options will be discussed.  As the class continues, participants will learn to hold, care for, and make a sound from their chosen band instrument.  Reading music from the staff will also be introduced.  This class is a great opportunity to see if band is the right place for you!
